NAME OF RECIPE: 
Peanut-Teriyaki Salmon


INGREDIENTS:

2 - 8 oz Salmon Fillets (Skin Off)

Salt & Pepper to taste

3 Tbs Soy Vay Island Teriyaki

1 Tbs House of Tsang Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce

2 tsp Butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

Grill or pan fry 4-5 mins. on each side using olive oil or spray pam. Set aside.


Put butter in pan, add teriyaki and peanut sauce. Mix. Cook long enough for butter to melt. Pour over salmon and serve.

Serve with Rice River Farms Rustic Meadow Rice


Steamed Asparagus

Suggested Wine; 
Kloster Pinot Grigio
