NAME OF RECIPE:
1 Rotisserie Chicken-skinned & boned & Chopped into
bite size pieces
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
2 Cups Milk
4 Pieces Toast
Salt & pepper
This is an old family favorite. I try to add mushrooms & peas sometimes but the kids don't think it's traditional.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium low heat.
Stir in flour until completely combined w/ butter.
Slowly whisk in milk, raise heat to medium & stir frequently until first bubbles appear.
Reduce heat & add chicken.
Season w/ salt & pepper & serve over toast.
